I thought the food was good and the staff were very helpful. There weren’t many English speakers but they were patient and always tried to meet our needs. We had a villa with a pool and the children loved it. In fact they seemed to live in it.
They had a private beach with really clear water and it was enjoyed by the children. If it got too warm you get go back to hotel and get a cold drink as we got an inclusive package. Mohammed, United Kingdom, Aug 2019
Villa with Pool - 7.0This a new hotel opened in July 2019 so please bear with them. Staff are excellent. Beach is amazing and just opposite. Private area. Felt emotional leaving the hotel.
The beach is amazing. Just the opposite. Private area for the hotel. You can go day and night. Really nice watching the sunset. You can see the beach when eating in the dining area. Beach good size and water.
The staff are amazing. I actually remember so many names. They touch your heart. They want to help you and serve you and have a smile. They serve with a smile. I havent seen so many good staff anywhere else i've stayed. The receptionists Zainab, Nergun and Jam are exceptional. The driver Buraq is very friendly. In the dining area Binyameen has a big smile and is very helpful and loving.
I liked the outside area which has a supermarket and an ice cream place. Also if you walk 5/10 mins you get a really nice superstore called BIM
We got the bus from BIM to selcuk and you can also get the bus from selcuk to kusadasi if you wanted
