Conditions of Use:

1. Offer is only valid for Classic/Classic Plus and Elite/Elite Plus members of the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles programme who make the payment on HalalBooking.com with one of the following Miles&Smiles KuveytTürk cards:
   a. Miles&Smiles KuveytTürk Debit
   b. Miles&Smiles KuveytTürk Platinum
   c. Miles&Smiles KuveytTürk Private
   d. Miles&Smiles KuveytTürk Business

2. You will only be able to make use of the DIAMOND benefits and earn Bonus Miles if you make your booking whilst you are signed into your HBLC account on HalalBooking.com.

3. Complimentary HBLC membership status is awarded for a period of 1 year and will be downgraded one status level down after 1 year if the criteria for the relevant status level are not met.

4. Miles will be rewarded at a rate of 1 Mile per 4 TRY spent (or currency equivalent) excluding taxes and fees for those Miles&Smiles KuveytTürk card holders who are also Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles members. You must register on HalalBooking.com with your Miles&Smiles TK number in order to participate and earn Miles. You will then be awarded a HB Loyalty Club membership and you must be logged into your HBLC account at the time of booking to earn Miles.

5. HalalBooking will award 0.5 miles for each 4 TRY spent on HalalBooking. These miles awarded by HalalBooking will be credited to your Miles&Smiles membership account approx. 1 week after the completion of your stay.

6. KuveytTurk will also award 0.5 miles for each 4 TRY spent on HalalBooking and paid with one of the aforementioned Miles&Smiles KuveytTürk cards.

7. This offer is only applicable to completed bookings following your stay (cancellations and no-shows will NOT earn Miles).

8. The maximum number of Miles a member can earn during one calendar year is capped at 100,000 Miles.

9. HalalBooking reserves the right to retract awarded miles if they, in their absolute discretion, suspect fraud, unauthorised stacking of bonuses, collecting multiple bonuses from the same hotel stay (defined as the same travelling party staying consecutive nights at the same hotel), technical errors, cancel/rebooking activity (defined by identical search criteria), or any other deceptive behaviours attempted to circumvent the limits expressed in these terms and conditions.

10. HalalBooking reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer at its discretion and/or end this offer at any time.

11. Miles are issued and redeemed in accordance with the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Terms and Conditions.

12. The latest terms and conditions of the HB Loyalty Club apply.

13. HalalBooking’s general Terms and Conditions apply to all accommodation bookings.

14. A customer whose HBLC account is already associated with a different offer cannot benefit from this partnership.
