To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 65 (exact amount varies) at check-out. In July and August, reception is open daily from 9 AM to noon; 3-7 PM Sunday-Friday; and 3-8 PM on Saturday. In April, May, June, September, and October, reception is open daily from 9 AM to 12:30 PM and 3-6 PM; reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoon. From November to March, reception is open daily from 9 AM to 12:30 PM; 4-6 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; 3-6 PM on Thursday and Friday; and 3-7 PM on Saturday.
