Alhamdulillah For the price it's not bad. Been there twice now. Clean and good location.
The staff need to smile more. While getting food at dining hall the chef stands and stares at everyone, which was quiet wierd.

The brother in the market shop was very helpful. And the ladies at reception.
No variety in food at all. No activities for children. The men's spa facilities was awful. The customer service from the male staff was absolutely disgusting. Never smiled. Very rude. Not helpful at all. Would not recommend. And should not be rate as a 4 star. I would rank it 3 star and that's being generous.

Ladies facilities are the best. You can be totally at ease as privacy is very high. Children had a great time with pool facilities and play area as well as beach. Rooms are very comfortable.
Food could be inproved as they could make children friendly items occasionally but not too bad.
