  A quiet place to unwind

  - Availability of a heated pool for children (indoor and subject to additional fee)
  - It was nice to have a dining table and a bed for the child.
  - White goods Air Conditioner/Heating etc. Bosch and Siemens Brands were working very well (but it was not pleasant for the commando of the Air Conditioner in the children's room to work hard because the batteries were very weak)

  - Çocuklar için ısıtmalı havuzun bulunması (kapalı alanda ve ek ücrete tabi)
  - Çocuk için yemek masasının ve yatağının olması çok güzeldi
  - Beyaz eşya Klima/Kalorifer vs Bosch ve Siemens Markaları gayet güzel çalışıyorlardı (lakin çocuk odasındaki Klimanın komandosunun pilleri çok zayıf olduğundan zor çalışması hoş değildi)

  Great location

  Very nice villa in good Location ,near the mosque , 18minutes drive to shops very friendly locals ,good size pool .
  We had great time driving around countryside.
  Great for Muslim family wanting privacy.

  Family vacation in villa

  The villa is new. I guess 3-4 years old. Very early in the morning, a person came to water the flowers, lawn and other plants in the garden (a must in the heat!!). He cleaned the pool and outdoor area and hosed it down with water.
  We didn't have to pay a deposit.

  There was no reasonable handover, when I contacted him by phone he only said that the villa had been prepared and the key was on the door so we could just move in. When we left the villa we called him and said we would leave the villa and leave the key as we found it.
  The indoor pool, where the children's pool is located, was unfortunately not usable because it was very dirty. It was never cleaned there. There was still ashes from the previous tenant on the grill. I also had to clean the grill myself because it wasn't left clean and the cleaning staff didn't seem to notice either.

  Die Villa ist neuwertig. Ich schätze 3-4 Jahre alt. Morgens sehr früh kam eine Person um im Garten die Blumen, Rasen und andere Pflanzen mit Wasser zu versorgen ( bei der Hitze ein Muss!!). Er hat das Pool und Aussenbereich gereinigt und mit Wasser abgespritzt.
  Wir mussten keine Kaution hinterlegen.

  Es fand keine vernünftige Übergabe statt, beim telefonischen Kontakt sagte er mir nur dass die Villa vorbereitet wurde und der Schlüssel würde an der Tür stecken wir können einfach einziehen. Als wir die Villa verlassen haben, haben wir ihn angerufen und gesagt das wir die villa verlassen und den Schlüssel so lassen wie wir es vorgefunden haben.
  Innenpool, wo auch das kinderpool sich befindet war leider nicht nutzbar weil es sehr dreckig war. Es wurde nie sauber gemacht dort. Am Grill war noch Asche vom Vormieter da. Grillrost musste ich auch selber reinigen, weil das nicht sauber hinterlassen wurde und das reinigungspersonal ist es anscheinend auch nicht aufgefallen.

  I enjoyed the calm in this village of Saribelen and the very nice inhabitants the house is like in the impeccable photos the children enjoyed.
