The front desk is open during the following times:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Tuesday - Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

• A damage deposit of GBP 100 will be collected before check-in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for self-serve breakfast: approximately GBP 18 to 35 for adults, and GBP 18 to 35 for children
• Pet deposit: GBP 50 per stay
• Pet fee: GBP 18 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in fee: GBP 36 (subject to availability)
• Late check-out fee: GBP 24 (subject to availability)
