WE PRICE MATCH

If you come across lower rates, on another website, from another agency or from the hotel itself (either before or immediately after you have booked with us), please submit a Price Match request below. If your request meets our price match conditions (see below for details), we will review it to see if we are able to refund you the difference in price.

WHEN WE CAN TRY TO PRICE MATCH

1. When you have contacted us immediately after being offered lower rates on another website, from another agency or from the hotel itself. You have provided us with all the details of the other deal including the link to the offer or an email from the agency or hotel, with the exact price being quoted.

2. The other deal is bookable online or via email and is still available when we check.

3. The other deal is subject to the same booking conditions you’ve opted for with Halalbooking. This means:

   • It is the same property
   • It is the same room type, apartment type, etc.
   • It is for the same check-in and check-out dates
   • It has identical conditions, including meal plan, cancellation policy, offer promotion, etc.

4. In case you already made the booking with us: its conditions still allow for penalty-free cancellation or modification.

WHEN WE CAN’T PRICE MATCH

Our Price Match offer does not apply if:

1. You attempt to book through a website or agency that does not reveal which property or accommodation type you will be staying at until after you have booked.

2. You attempt to book using special membership rates, frequent traveller rates, loyalty points and any rewards programmes or special promotions made available through the accommodation provider.

3. Price for the accommodation is offered as part of a package such as a flight + hotel travel combination.

4. You do not contact us immediately after coming across lower rates

5. You do not contact us before or immediately after you booked with us.

6. You have a non-refundable booking.

If we can't match the price of the other deal, and you have already booked with us, you still keep your existing reservation – and the existing cancellation policy remains valid.
