  About Hotel and managers Azeez and Kumara

  Hello, we visited the hotel as a couple, we stayed for 7 days, but on the 3rd day of our stay at the hotel, on May 23, the hot water hose exploded under the bathroom sink, I slipped and fell, injured my left leg, left arm and left hand, I thank the hotel manager Kumara and Mr. Azeez. Although I told him that I could encounter this kind of situation in every hotel. The hotel doctor came 2 hours later and asked for an extra fee to examine me. Everything is money, people are not given importance. I want action on the issue.

  Merhaba çift olarak oteeli ziyaret ettik 7 gün konaklama yaptık fakat otelde konakladığımızın 3. Günü yani 23 Mayıs'ta banyonun lavabosu altında mi sıcak su hortumu patladı ben kayarak düştüm sol bacağım, sol kolum ve sol elimin üstü yaralandı bunu otel sorumlusu Kumara ve Azeez Bey e söylememe rağmen her otelde bu tür durumla karşılaşabileceğimi söyledi. Otel doktoru bie 2 saat sonra geldi beni muayene etmek için ekstra ücret istediler. Herşeyleri para olmuş, insana önem verilmiyor. Konu hakkında aksiyon alınmasını istiyorum.

  Hotel employees are interested and friendly, they offer you cocktails at the first welcome and give you information about the hotel. There is construction in some small parts of the island in general, but there is no problem in the hotel part. It takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach the hotel from MLE by speedboat. Of course, the food is not as delicious as a Turkish cuisine, but there are many varieties, you will not go hungry. Drinks are chargeable. On your last day, they also offer you a cocktail and a large fish plate as a gesture, and on the morning of our departure, they gave our daughter a turtle model as a gift, which was a nice gesture. In short, I can say that it is a price / performance hotel for the Maldives. You won't regret it.

  Otel çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlü, ilk karşılamada size kokteyl ikram ediyorlar ve otel hakkında bilgi veriyorlar. Ada genel olarak küçük bazı yerlerinde inşaat var ama otel kısmında herhangi bir sorun yok. MLE'den otele sürat teknesiyle varış 1 saat 20 dk civarı sürüyor. Yemekler tabii bir Türk mutfağı kadar lezzetli değil fakat çeşit çok, aç kalmazsınız. İçecekler ücretli. Son gününüzde de yine size jest olarak bir kokteyl ve büyük bir balık tabağı ikram ediyorlar, ayrıca ayrıldığımız günün sabahında kızımıza kaplumbağa modeli hediye ettiler o da güzel bir jest oldu. Ezcümle Maldivler için fiyat/performans oteli diyebilirim. Pişman olmazsınız.

  We liked the location, the staff, the buffet, the excursions offered...everything.

  The boat transfer is very well organized. Plumeria staff are waiting for us with a sign at the airport. When we arrived we were greeted with a cocktail. The same evening, the manager gave us a presentation of the hotel and the excursions. The buffet was varied and child friendly. The staff is just amazing. They are very kind, attentive and do everything to satisfy us. The hotel beach is beautiful. We were able to snorkel with a 3 year old child thanks to the instructor who held him in the water with a buoy. We did the Sand Bank breakfast excursion (breakfast on a sandbank) was a magical and timeless moment. The day before our departure, a table by the beach was prepared especially for us with a large plate of fried fish and a cocktail. The morning of our departure, the manager accompanied us to the boat and gave us boxes for breakfast.

  Le transfert en bateau est très bien organisé. Le personnel de Plumeria nous attendez avec une pancarte à l'aéroport. À notre arrivée on a été accueilli avec un cocktail. Le soir même, le directeur nous a fait une présentation de l'hôtel et des excursions. Le buffet était varié et adapté aux enfants. Le personnel est juste incroyable. Ils sont d'une très grande gentillesse, attentionné et font tout pour nous satisfaire. La plage de l'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons pu faire du snorkeling avec un enfant de 3 ans grâce au moniteur qui le tenait dans l'eau avec une bouée. Nous avons fait l'excursion du Sand Bank breakfast ( petit dejeuner sur un banc de sable) a été un moment magique et hors du temps. La veille de notre départ, une table au bord de la plage nous a été préparé spécialement pour nous avec une grande assiette de poissons frits et un cocktail. Le matin de notre départ, le directeur nous a accompagné jusqu'au bateau et nous a donné des box pour le petit déjeuner.
