The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 5:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Towels and linens are not included in the room rate for Villa (Birdie), Villa (Albatros), and Villa (Eagle) bookings. Towels and bed linens are available for a surcharge or guests may bring their own.

• Pet fee: EUR 30 per pet, per stay plus EUR 35 one-time cleaning fee
