The front desk is open during the following times:

• Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Sunday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property is not suitable for guests who are required to quarantine, due to the property's communal areas. Bookings for individuals or groups for the purpose of attending parties during Schoolies weeks (mid-November through mid-December annually) are prohibited and will be rejected. This property's breakage deposit is refundable via credit card within 3 days after check-out, pending room inspection.
