  We were pleased as a family

  All the staff were very attentive. The welcome and farewell were above our expectations. The room was like the ones in the picture. There were various products at breakfast.

  Personelin tamamı çok ilgiliydi. Karşılama ve uğurlama beklentimizin üzerinde oldu. Oda görseldekiler gibiydi. Kahvaltıda ürünler çeşitliydi.

  The most ideal family hotel, historical atmosphere, good location, nice breakfast

  A very ideal and clean hotel for families in Kayseri, the historical atmosphere and the quality of the hotel and the service make you feel very good. The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the bazaar, it has a very nice, varied, fresh and delicious breakfast. The jacuzzi in the rooms is also very enjoyable.
  The young welcoming staff / porters are very attentive, cute, helpful and smiling.

  This will be my choice again when I come to Kayseri. I recommend it to everyone.

  Kayseri’de Aileler için çok ideal ve temiz bir otel , tarihi atmosfer ile otelin kalitesi ve hizmet kendinizi çok iyi hissettiriyor. Otelin konumu çok iyi çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde , çok güzel çeşitli, taze ve lezzetli kahvaltısı var. Odalardaki jakuzi ayrıca çok keyifli olmuş.
  Genç karşılama personelleri /porterlar çok ilgili sevimli yardımsever güler yüzlü.
  Kayseriye geldiğimde yine tercihim burası olur. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

  Clean and nice rooms

  We booked the suite. The room was large and clean. The outside area was also nice and there are plenty of places to sit. The city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
  Highly recommended!!

  Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Der Außenbereich war auch schön und es sind viele Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. In 10-15 Minuten ist die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen.
