Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 8:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Please note: Electricity is not available 2:30-5:30 PM. Gem Island Resort & Spa is accessible via boat transfer from Marang Jetty Terminal. Departures from Marang Jetty are 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM (excludes Fridays), and 3 PM. Departures from resort are 9.30 AM, 11.30 AM, 1:30 PM (excludes Fridays), and 3.30 PM. Listed transfer services fees apply and additional Marine Park Jetty fees are required.
