The friendliness of the staff, the support and reassurance they gave to us as relative newbies to hotel life and the Hilton.
The views of the river Lagan and Belfast were amazing.
We were right in the city centre and walking distance from the SSE Arena.
We had two double adjoining rooms which made the whole experience even better. It felt like we were all part of the same room.
Breakfast in the morning went until a leisurely 11am so no rush and a chance to lay in.
The good was plentiful, hot and set us up for the rest of the day
