Please note: This property's restaurants require dinner reservations at least 72 hours prior to check in for groups of 2 or more guestrooms. Otherwise, guests will be seated separately. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 8 PM to receive dinner.

• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
