The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Level 2 Circle on Cavill Shopping Centre, Surfers Paradise 4217]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 4:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
