The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property is accessible only by cable car from Kriens/Lucerne or cogwheel railway from Alpnachstad. Access is subject to weather conditions; guests are recommended to review timetables in advance of arrival.
