- 9.6A luxury paradise stay for a halal-conscious couple
The resort is a true luxury. The beach villas have pools which are fully private. Also you can ask the hotel to install additional curtains/fences - either in front of your villa or along the left and right side (so perpendicular to the beach line) - to give you more privacy. We asked for left and right sides so that we can enjoy the views of the beach.
If you stay in ocean villa - it might be more private to swim but we preferred a beach side villa. My wife would use a covered swimwear but when we can back to the sandy beach - we just sunbathed/relaxed on our loungers closer to our villa so in privacy.
Most of the food is halal in the resort. Only a small number of dishes have alcohol or pork, but 90% of the meat dishes were halal-certified as the hotel staff assured us multiple times.
The beach is great. For beach side villa - I recommend a sunset side as it is less windy.
Special thanks to our butler Safa for making our stay great.
Snorkelling is a must do activity.
The choice of restaurants is very good. It very pricey of course as it is Ritz.
Overall, we would stay again.
