The staff was very friendly and helpful from the start. Inquiries were responded to within minutes. You got a WhatsApp number with which you could communicate and didn't always have to go to the reception. Inquiries about activities were answered directly with several suggestions. You can theoretically (which we did in part) fly there without a plan and put together a holiday plan with various activities there.
The room is cleaned daily. If you arrange in advance, the staff will only come when you confirm the time. The breakfast doesn't look like much from the offer but is surprisingly very filling and tasty. Breakfast is Halal based. You just have to ask at reception beforehand. The pool is clean and is also cleaned.
For every activity that you book through the hotel, there are return trips and food included (also halal). Activities usually cost between 50-100 €/person depending on the activity. We honeymooned there for 10 days and spent a total of 1100 for everything on site (food, snacks, activities, [recommend scooter] etc)
Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfragen wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Man hat eine WhatsApp-Nummer erhalten, mit der man sich verständigen konnte und nicht immer an die Rezeption gehen musste. Anfragen im Bezug auf Aktivitäten wurden direkt mit mehreren Vorschlägen geantwortet. Man kann theoretisch (was wir auch zum Teil gemacht haben) planlos hinfliegen und sich dort einen Urlaubsplan mit verschiedenen Aktivitäten zusammenstellen.
Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt. Wenn man vorher abspricht, kommt das Personal erst, wenn man die Uhrzeit bestätigt. Das Frühstück sieht vom Angebot her sehr wenig aus aber ist überraschenderweise sehr sättigend und lecker. Beim Frühstück wird auf Halal-Basis geachtet. Muss man nur vorher in der Rezeption abklären. Der Pool ist sauber und wird auch gereinigt.
Zu jeder Aktivität, die man über das Hotel bucht, gibt es Hin- und Rückfahrten und Essen inklusive (auch Halal). Aktivitäten kosten i.d.R. zwischen 50-100 €/Person je nach Aktivität. Wir waren in den Flitterwochen für 10 Tage dort und haben insgesamt 1100,- für alles vor Ort ausgegeben (Essen, Snacks, Aktivitäten, [Empfehlen Scooter] etc)
