The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 7 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 7 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

• A tax is imposed by the city: PLN 2.80 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 6 years of age.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately PLN 25 for adults and PLN 25 for children
• Self parking fee: PLN 45 per day
• Pet fee: PLN 50 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Crib (infant bed) fee: PLN 50.0 per day
