  As soon as you enter, Merve greets you with her smiling face and energy. It continues every time you see this energy until it is released, and we are constantly asked if we need anything. The staff of the restaurant department are doing their job very well, both sincere and distant, as they should be. The closure of the houses was done in accordance with privacy.

  Daha girer girmez kapıda Merve hanım güler yüzü ve enerjisiyle karşılıyor. Bu enerji çıkıncaya kadar her gördüğünüzde devam ediyor ve devamlı herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığı soruluyor. Restoran bölümünün çalışanları işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlar hem samimi hem mesafeliler tam olması gerektiği gibi.Evlerin etrafının kapatılması mahremiyete çok uygun olarak yapılmış.Dostlarıma tavsiye ettiğim gibi bu yorumu okuyan kişilerede gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

  Great currently but much more maintenance to prevent future bad rating

  Location: Wonderful, so picturesque, mountain & sea views. 10 minute taxi journey to local village (Turunc). Set back enough that it is an island of peace. The journey from Dalaman Airport to property is picuresque, about 90-120 mins (we used the transfer service via Halal bookings in both directions, and it was all straightforward)

  Staff: Very friendly & do their very best to accommodate all requests.

  Food: Diverse and tasty (the dinner menu is always a soup + main + dessert + tea: contents vary daily). Breakfast is the same every day but is very broad - like having a huge buffet at your table
  Service: (1) Meals - ok (2) Cleaning - fine and unobtrusive. (3) General - office staff was very good in responding to our few demands, ordering taxis etc. Use of Whatsapp means any queries were quckly addressed

  Villa: Large, spacious, clean, cool. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen equipment is fine They stock the fridge with plenty of mineral water, some chocolates and a few carbonated soft drinks, which was welcome. The ACs all worked and there were several TVs, a safe & wifi. The swimming pool in our villa was great, can easily accomodate a family of 4 with space to swim and play

  Location
  Very secluded with mountains to each side and behind the Villa with the sea view in front where the sun rises. If you can stay up after Fajr it’s 100% worth it - breathtaking!
  Quite far from Turunc Village you would have to take a taxi down the winding mountains road. Takes about 5mins fixed at 70TL one-way (£1 = 21TL 07/08/22). Marmaris isn’t too far, about 45mins taxi boat ride from Turunc marina (100TL per person one way. The boat ride is a must, really beautiful.
  Merve and Kamel in reception were very kind and always eager to help.

  Villa
  The Villa was clean and airy, all the a/c units worked fine. Kitchen well equipped. The pool is amazing! Not too deep or shallow, just perfect even to dive in. Good lighting in the garden. Amazing natural views.

  Food
  With 5 children aged from 2-15yrs we opted to pay the extra for half board. Breakfast and dinner included, breakfast was vast amounts of food but pretty much exactly the same items everyday. The dinner menu was different everyday and very enjoyable. Any requests was dealt with immediately and with a smile. Big thanks to Chef Zaki, Umut and Sarcan for the food and service.

  Great location

  The location overlooking Turunc town and gulf is just amazing . The part we also enjoyed tremendously was the swimming pool. Very friendly environment and nice staff.
