Luxury Apartment, 1 Bedroom - 9.8Lovely place
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. WiFi was good. My children loved the pool. Doesn't have a separate ladies pool I went in with my burkini. We had breakfast the lady serving us called Gemma was always friendly and went above and beyond. She also recommended we visit Looe Beach which was a lovely quaintly village where we took a speed boat trip. My girls loved the big slide even I had a go! If it wasn't for the 6 hour drive from Ilford I would definitely come back every year.

Luxury Apartment, 1 Bedroom - 8.5Good Experience
We very much like the apartment. There is a sofa bed in the open living area and the amenities provided in the apartment were sufficient for us to bring in take aways and also in cooking our own foods.
The second thing which we appreciated very much was the politeness of the staff, especially Sandy and Jayne. Sandy arranged extra towels for us within minutes and Jayne managed to accede to our request of an extra 1 hour complimentary check out that had given my daughter to spend sometimes in the pool before checking out.
The breakfast was nice. There was no halal option, but veg sausages and fried eggs were available on request.
We had dinner once in the restaurant and we had veg option and it was nice.
I have used the gym and the machines were clean and sanitised all the times.
My daughter liked the mini golf very much.
The hotel is very close to Plymouth town. About 15 to 20 mins drive. There is a toll road over Tamar bridge though (£2 return). There are quite a few halal Restaurants in Plymouth. There are the Camel restaurant (Maghrebi restaurant with Shisha) and Nowroz restaurant (persian). Both do not serve alcohol. There is also German Doner Kebab. Ahmud, United Kingdom, Aug 2021
