When we arrived on Thursday 17th October in the afternoon and we had requested all our rooms together as we went with our small children and elderly parents and we were given a room on floor 6 floor 7 and floor 8 which was annoying as we can't go on another floor with out a room key (elevator) when we stated that we requested an adjacent room due to elderly parents they said there no rooms available and ask again tmrw. We went into our rooms and the room with the haram view was amazing and clean but when we went into our room on floor 6 there was a loud noise coming from the ac at first we thought it was because we had ac on but even when the ac was off the noise was there and all night the noise kept us up. I didn't ring reception due to my little boy being really ill and he just had fallen sleep so we waited till the morning to ring reception and was advised someone will come and sort the issue out. We went to have a shower as it was Friday and wanted to go to the masjid early and there was no shower gel no shampoo and no body wash in the bottles in the shower. We then rang reception and waited 2hrs for someone to come and fill the bottles up. Breakfast food variety wasn't good.
