Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The host will greet guests on arrival. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of COP 50 at check-out.

If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent.
