The front desk is open daily from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 2:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.20 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 14 for adults and EUR 6 for children
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 20.0 per day
