The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 11 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up. Children under 16 years old are allowed in the wellness area (pool, spa, hammam, sauna) from 8 AM to 10 AM and from 6 PM to 8 PM only.
