Guests must transfer via Airport shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
